Cancellation Policy

Partial payment is needed to reserve your tour. Final payment is due 3 weeks prior to your tour, although full payment can be made at the initial reservation. For full refund, minus any transfer fees, cancelation must be made 60 days prior to tour start date. Anything past that, 50% of tour price will be reimbursed. If tour is not paid in full at initial reservation and is in need of cancelation less that 60 days prior to the tour, the reservation payment will not be reimbursed and no further payment is needed.
